- Once the order is placed and paid for – we will deliver the goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 7 (seven) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
- Vida E Caffe’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Vida e Caffe is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
RETURNS POLICY
You can return the product within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. You can courier it to us. Items can be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method. Please note that there are exceptions to this return policy and they are: Discounted products cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged.
All returned products must be in perfect condition, in the original packaging. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be accepted.
Keep in mind that if you choose to return the items via post you will need to cover the shipping costs. If your return via the courier, the courier will invoice us at Vida e Caffe.
To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
- Send us an email with your order number and state which items you would like to return.
- Ensure the items you’re returning have not been damaged and they are in the original packaging.
- Pack the products into their original packaging if they were in one.
- Put the products into shipment packaging and we will request the courier to collect from you.
We commit to processing your return within 14 days of receiving the package. And you will get your refund after your returned products have been accepted within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
